Attach People To Review Accountability Statements and Complete the Job Questionnaire |

This function allows a user to view the detailed information (background and general information) and share their thoughts and perspectives for a specific job in your organization. The job(s) each user can access are defined by the System Administrator and those who have been given a security access level of 4 or 5.

From the Main Menu move the mouse over the Jobs icon and click the Jobs function to open screen or based on your credentials you may be directly taken to the screen: Based on security access level given to Skills/Certifications will determine if the skills icon is available to the user.
On the Job screen, •The selected job is bolded in black. •The list contains all of the Active Jobs the user (system administrator) has access to. •The Job is Complete ( •The Job is Approved or Unapproved
•Select a Job to link to a User. •Click the Link icon ( •The screen that opens identifies the job to be linked to a User.
•Click the Add icon ( •A list of users will populate on screen.
•Select User (click on name) from the list. The user will automatically be connected to the job.
•Select the User to be unassigned from job and click

The screen shows the following columns: User Id, Name of User, Questionnaire Status and a Reminder. Once User is connected, their name will display, along with their User ID with an envelope icon displaying their email address when you hover over it (if filled out when first adding the user to the application).
•For the User to complete the Job Questionnaire, for the assigned job, an email address must be linked to the user (Add User). •Click on the envelope icon to send out a reminder.
Once reminder is sent, the User will receive the following email invitation to complete the Job Questionnaire.
Upon entering the application, the user will see the linked job (this is based on their profile with security settings).
When the user clicks on the •View the information for the non-confidential Job only. •Click

As the user progresses through the questionnaire you will be able to click on the job that the user is linked to to see how they are progressing.
For the System Administrator to identify who has been assigned which job and if the Questionnaire has been completed by the user and the date it was completed a User Assigned Job Report can be generated. This report is found on the Jobs screen using the
