Learning and Growth Ratings

Based on completed Learning and Growth Reviews, Encompassing Visions will generate an overall learning and growth rating for each employee displayed in the Learning and Growth Report.  This function allows customization of the Learning and Growth Rating Definitions and Factors (terminology) to match your Organizational Learning and Growth Recognition and Reward Strategies.  

 

Administration Notes:

If your organization has customized either the tool tips or learning and growth ratings terminology please ensure they continue to closely align with each other.

 

From the Main Menu move the mouse over the Employees module icon and click Employee Setting.

In the Employee Settings click Reports.

Mouse over the second policy, Learning and Growth Ratings, which will highlight in white.  

Click Customize to open the Learning and Growth Ratings screen.

The selected Learning and Growth Rating is displayed in a black bold font.

Double click or select the desired Learning and Growth Rating.  

Click View Actions > Edit to open the Edit Learning and Growth Rating screen to customize the selected Learning and Growth Rating.

Enter the customizations in the text boxes. The Max Weighting is not customizable.

Click btn_save_24 to save changes and return to the Customize Learning and Growth Ratings screen with the list refreshed to show any changes.

Click btn_cancel_24 to return to the Customize Learning and Growth Ratings screen without saving changes.

 

The Learning and Growth Rating is shown in the Learning and Growth Report:

The points and the factors used to calculate an Employee's learning and growth rating as seen in this report are based on:

The importance of the various Competencies in the Employee's job (i.e. Organization Bias points plus Automated (Job) Questionnaire points).

The perceived Ability level of the Employee to perform the Competencies.

The number of Reviewers in the selected Review Period.

The Factors defining the learning and growth rating ranges. These factors translate an individual Employee's "total" Learning and Growth Review points into a job specific AND organization-wide learning and growth rating standard.
