Lock completed Questionnaires after # days (uncheck to leave open indefinitely)

Possible Values:  1-90 days

Default Value: Unchecked, Recommended value 7days

After a Job Questionnaire has been completed, there is a grace period of this many days for the respondent to update values. After this many days, normal users will no longer be able to edit it. An admin may still unlock the questionnaire by clicking the Unlock button in the toolbar of the Job Questionnaire page. This will set the Completed date to the present date, renewing the grace period and allowing the responses to be changed again. Minimum value is 1 day, because 0 days would lock it immediately. To leave it unlocked indefinitely, leave it blank.

Use Enhanced Averaging for questions 6.0, 7.0, 12.0 and 13.0?

Possible Values:

Yes, No

Default Value:

Yes

Notes:

In the Automated (Job) Questionnaire, questions 6.0, 7.0, 12.0 and 13.0 are calculated by the system based on the responses to the sub-questions for each question.

When set to Yes (the default), a result greater than or equal to .25 will be rounded up.

When set to No, standard rounding will apply (i.e. a result greater than or equal to .5 will be rounded up).

Automated (Job) Questionnaire Policies

The following four policies deal with the flow of the Automated (Job) Questionnaire. The Selection Rationale feature in the Automated (Job) Questionnaire allows respondents to add notes to justify their responses. When the policy is set to 'No' (the default), the respondent has to click on the Justification button to open the screen to enter their Notes for Justification.  If the policy is set to 'Yes', the Justification Notes dialog box opens automatically when a response is selected.
