These policy settings govern the branding found throughout the application
Notes: When set to Yes, this policy makes it possible to include the logo of your organization on reports. Instructions: 1. Create a "jpeg" image of your logo approximately 1" x 4" (265x65 pixels) called "reportlogo.jpg" This will be uploaded into the application and be a part of all reports if the policy is turned on in Job Settings and Employee Settings. 2. Change this policy setting to Yes. This will automatically include the logo in the Reports. 3. Turn on the the Job/Learning and Growth Report Option 'Customized Logo' on Job/Learning and Growth Reports to include the customized logo.
Add your Organization's primary branding color. Obtain the Hex color code or RGB color code from your Communications/Marketing department or graphic designer. This will be used for stylizing the reports throughout the application.
Click on the 'add' icon to upload the Organization's logo. The warning - will give guidance to the scaling of your logo as it is uploaded.
The branding colors become a part of the following reports - Job Descriptions, Job Postings, Interview Guide and the Learning and Growth Report. As well as, the Administrative Reports found through out the application. Used to compliment your organizational logo.
Note: If the organization's logo seems overly large on the following three main reports - Job Description, Job Posting, and Interview Guide there is an option to scale the size to the required specifications.
