Skills Listing Report |
The Skills List Report will generate a listing of all skills in the Skills Inventory, with or without Job and/or Employee information. •Leave all criteria as the default to print a listing of all categorized skills in the system **. •Choose any combination of criteria desired in order to customize the list of skills to suit your needs. •Print skills for a specific Category by choosing a Category from the list. •Print skills for a specific Category/Sub-Category combination by choosing a Category and Sub-Category from the lists (you can not choose a Sub-Category until you choose a specific Category). •Print a specific skill by choosing the desired Category, Sub-Category and Skill from the lists (you can not choose a skill until you choose a specific Category/Sub-Category combination). •Checking the Include only sub-categories with skills option will print only those sub-categories that have skills; when unchecked all sub-categories will be printed whether they have skills or not. •Checking the Include only active skills option will print only those skills that are Active; when unchecked all both Active and Inactive skills will be printed. •Checking the Include jobs requiring skills option will include the list of Jobs each skill is linked to; when unchecked the Job list is not included. •Checking the Include employees with skills option will include the list of Employees each Skill is linked to; when unchecked the Employee list is not included. •Click Cancel to return to the Administration Reports screen without generating the report. •Click OK to generate the report.
**Note: This Administration Report will print only the skills that are assigned a Category and, optionally, a Sub-Category. It is intended only to assist those clients that built their Skills Library, find their existing Skills and see how they are categorized. For a listing of all skills in the system you should use the print button from the Skills/Certifications Administrative Function.
