Notes: •Employee ID can appear on a variety of screens and reports in Encompassing Visions. •This policy allows you to include or exclude the employee ID from those screens and reports outside the Administration Module. •This policy does NOT impact the display of employee ID on screens within the Administration Module - Employee ID is always displayed in that module. •When set to No, employee ID is not shown on any screens outside the Administration module to any users - including Administrative Users. •Employee ID will appear on the Learning and Growth Report regardless of this policy. You can turn off the display of Employee ID on the Learning and Growth Report in the System-Wide Report Options (Learning and Growth).
Components of Overall Learning and Growth Rating These three Learning and Growth Feedback Policies work together and define what percentage of the overall Learning and Growth Rating for the Employee each type of Review (Competency, Business Objective and Professional Development Objective) counts for. They are maintained together, and the total cannot exceed 100%. By default, the Competency is 100% while Business Objective Reviews and the Professional Development Review is 0. What percentage of the overall score will be made up of the Competency Review? What percentage of the overall score will be made up of the Business Objective Review? What percentage of the overall score will be made up of the Professional Development Review? Note: If one review is set to at least 50% of the final score, then that review will be used as the overall score if one or more of the other reviews are not present. If there is no one review set to at least 50%, then the system will not calculate an overall score if one or more of the reviews is not present. For example, if the Competency review is 50% and the Business Objective Review is 50% and only the Competency Review is completed, the overall score will match the Competency Review. However, if the competency review is 40%, Business Objectives 40% and Professional Development is 20% and only the competency review is present, the overall score will not be calculated, and the system will print a message on the Learning and Growth Report that there wasn't enough information to calculate the overall score.
When printing learning and growth reports, only include reviews completed in the past nn days (0-365)
Notes: •This policy is used to set the default start date for the Print Learning and Growth Report date filter. •It is calculated as today's date minus the number of days defined in this policy. •If it is set to 0, there is no start date default and date filtering is turned off.
When printing learning and growth reports, what additional text do you want to include? •This screen allows you to specify customized text to print before the signatures in the Learning and Growth Report. •If no text is specified then nothing will be printed. •There is no default text specified.
