The Users Login Audit Report tracks and reports system access attempts by unauthorized users.
From the Main Menu move the mouse over the Administration module and click the System Setup function Users:
The Print User-Related Reports icon will appear if the policy>Do you want to track failed logon attempts? Is set to "Yes".
System Administrator: Note: The use of the Users Login Audit Report is controlled by the System Settings Policy (Administration module>System Settings>Security>Auditing). When this policy is set to 'No' the Print User-Related Reports icon will not be available. The default is 'NO'.

The User Login Audit screen will default the From and To dates to today's date. Click
•The Users Login Audit Report screen shows the Activity, Date Time, User ID, User Name, Employee Id and the IP Address. •Tracks oInactive Users ▪User Id and the Employee Attached oInvalid User/Password
The Report can be exported to either an Excel, Pdf or Word Document using the installed Report Viewer.
