These Policies govern the Artificial Intelligence configurations for the Providers and Models.

1.Preconfigured AI Services. We may, at our sole discretion, preconfigure the Software to utilize API keys supplied by one or more third‑party artificial intelligence (“AI”) providers in order to enable certain AI‑powered features. This access is currently provided to you at no additional charge (“Complimentary AI Access”).

2.No Guarantee of Continuation. Complimentary AI Access is provided solely as a convenience. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Complimentary AI Access at any time without notice. If discontinued, the associated API keys may cease to function, and we may change the AI models or AI providers made available as part of Complimentary AI Access.

3.No Service Level Commitments. Complimentary AI Access is provided “as is” and is not subject to any service level agreement (SLA), warranty, uptime commitment, performance guarantee, or support obligation. We make no representations regarding availability, response times, or reliability of any Complimentary AI Access.

4.Customer‑Provided AI Services. You may disable the default AI provider configuration at any time and supply your own API keys, AI provider, or AI models. Any such configuration is solely your responsibility and is governed by your agreements with the applicable AI provider, including any associated fees, usage limits, and service levels. Our technical support team may provide reasonable assistance with configuration, but we are not responsible for the performance, availability, or operation of any third‑party AI services you select.

5.No Liability for Third‑Party AI Providers. We shall have no liability for the acts, omissions, availability, performance, or outputs of any third‑party AI provider, whether accessed through Complimentary AI Access or through your own configuration. You acknowledge that all AI‑generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable, and you assume all risks associated with your use of such outputs.

6.Third‑Party Providers. Examples of AI providers currently available in the market include OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft Azure, Google, and OpenRouter. These examples are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.
