The following Policies apply to configuration of Job Reports.

Report Options

The Customization of the Job Reports has been removed from the Administration Module and made apart of the Job Settings. This function allows you to customize the the information that appears on the Job Description and Job Posting Reports.

Click the Customization toggletoggle to open the Customize Job Description Options or the Job Posting Options screen.

 

Font Size to use in certain reports

Possible Values: Compress, Enlarge

Default Value:    Compress

 

When set to Compress, the font size will be decreased both on-screen and when sent to print. This will save on the number of pages that are printed for a Job Description, Job Posting or an Interview Guide.  

 

When set to Enlarge, the font size will be increased both on-screen and when sent to print. This functionality is to help those who are visually impaired.

For ex., Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

 

Display salary ranges in Job Reports?

Possible Values:

Yes, No

Default Value:

Yes

Notes:

When set to Yes,  the salary ranges that are entered into the Pay Range ($) Description Column (found in the Job Level / Pay Band structure) will display on the Job Description, Job Posting and Interview Guide.

 

Do you want to include ties when printing the list of Competencies for a Job in the Job Reports?

Possible Values:

Yes, No

Default Value:

Yes

Notes:

When set to Yes,  ties are printed and the list may print more than the number identified in the ‘top n' policy.

When set to No, ties are not included and the list will cut off at the number identified in the 'top n' policy.

The 'top n' policy is the Reports Policy "The Number of Important Behavioral Competencies to include in Job Reports?"

 

The number of important Behavioral Competencies to include in Job Reports?

Possible Values:

1 through 10

Default Value:

5

Notes:

This Policy determines the number of Competencies to display on the Job Reports.
