•Turning on this policy enables a suite of functions within the Organizational Learning and Growth function that display information for skill evaluations.

•It also turns on the ability to define Suggestions for Enhancement when defining a Technical Skill.

Notes:

•This policy defines how many skills will be shown in Top N lists in the Skills section of the Organizational Learning and Growth function.

•The purpose of the policy is to limit the number of entries displayed on the graph of top strengths or development opportunities to the maximum number that can be legibly displayed.
