This policy setting governs the branding for each domain based on the selected criteria. Each logo will be obtained from the Organization Unit where the domain's selected criteria is based on.

On the Main Menu, move your mouse over Administration in the navigation bar to open the Administration sub-menu.

click System Settings to open the System Policies.

Click the Organization Branding icon to open the screen.

Scroll till you come to the Report Logos and Colors for Organization Units.

Click Domainlogos2 to open the screen to upload logos and color branding for each domain (organization unit).

Click the pencil2_zoom80_zoom80icon or double click your selection to open the details for the "Organization Unit".

Adding the Logo for Organization Unit

A spinner will indicate that it is opening up your folder that contains the logo(s) that is/are to be uploaded into the application.

oThe screen will refresh to upload your new logo.

 

Create a "jpeg" image of your logo approximately 1" x 4" (265x65 pixels) called "reportlogo.jpg" This will be uploaded into the application and be a part of all reports if the policy is turned on in Job Settings.

 

Obtain the Hex color code or RGB color code from your Communications/Marketing department or graphic designer. This will be used for stylizing the reports throughout the assigned domain.

Adding the Branding Colors

Uncheck thelogoeditor4to open the palette options.

oEnter your Hex Color code or

oEnter your RGB Color Code for,

a.the Primary Color

b.the Secondary Color

c.the Tertiary Color

 

Click saveto save your selections

Clickcancelbutton_zoom63 to cancel and return to previous screen.

Deleting a Logo

Click the deletebutton_zoom70icon to populate the following message:

oClick the Cancelbutton2button to cancel deletion of the logo orOkbutton2to proceed.
